I was so anxious to drop my kitty off for boarding for the weekend because he’s a very social cat and not used to being alone. I was worried he would be lonely and sad but the staff were fantastic. They let me have a tour of the cat area and I was able to have a say in which room he might do best in because they didn’t have any other cats boarded that weekend. They reassured me that they would give him lots of love. They were really sweet to him when I dropped him off, talking to him and stuff and gave me great updates when I called to check on him each day. They moved one of the cat trees in the room so that he could look out the window 😊 Definitely put my mind at ease!

We enrolled our 10 month old lab, Archie, for daycare here for 2 weeks and had a great experience! The staff was extremely nice and quickly knew he was our dog when we came to pick him up. If we lived in the area we definitely would have continued to bring him!

They Are Always Very Nice And The Facility Is Always Clean At River Paws Resort. Our Pets, Sebastian And Snow Were Taken Good Care Of While Me (Derrick Davis) And My Wife, (Heather Bethune-Davis) Were Out Of Town. They Always Have Plenty Of Staff On Board At This Location And The Pets Seem ToAlways Be Happy Like They Are On A Vacation As Well, A Home Away From Home Really. Our Pets Were Very Happy To See Us And I Think, Well, I Know That They Enjoyed Every Moment At This Location, Awesome Service And Awesome Work. We Will Most Definitely Be Back Or Call For An Appointment If We Need Them.

Boarded my senior dog for 3 nights. Staff was incredibly friendly and returned my pup happy, healty, and freshly bathed. Price was reasonable, would recommend them to people in the area.

Hello, I want to share my experience because I believe it’s important information for other dog owners. It was my first time boarding my dog. I had seen this place a few times while driving and decided to reach out. The initial communication was with Amanda. I emailed and called to confirm the scheduling for my dog's boarding and received some paperwork to fill out. I expressed my concerns to her, and she stated I could come by for a tour. When I arrived for the tour, the male at the front desk showed me the front area and some pictures of dogs playing, but it wasn’t a real tour. A side note: I should have been cautious because they don’t provide camera access to watch the dogs during their stay.
