I have a 2 year old German Shepherd who is very active and not social outside of our home. Our first visit here last year on a Saturday, I believe its Mr. Dunn, short tied her to the table and roughly pushed her 3 - 4 times against the wall. While doing this, he proceeded to tell me that's how he trains his bird dogs. Gemma is NOT a bird dog! This upset her and caused her to urinate all over the place. I made him stop and had the practioner administer her shots. This past Saturday, time for her shots. I was hoping it wouldn't be the same doctor. Unfortunately, it was and just needed her shots. Dr. Dunn is the best. He’s extremely knowledgeable and kind. I took my precious poodle to him one time and got to the bottom of some lingering health issues. I will never take her to anyone else.

We have visited this place since we moved to Montgomery when our dog was 5 years old until he passed away when he was 17 and half years old. Over 12 years, we could completely rely on them for the care of him with their sincerity, warm heart and professionality. They always kindly and patiently answered my repeating questions with detailed explanations. They always explained and advised us the best and most reasonable way to treat and care for our dog. I can tell they care and treat the animals with love and respect. They are just great.

I love this place. The staff is very friendly. An added bonus for me is that the building doesn’t have an awful smell when you walk in. I can’t say that about other facilities we took our pets too.
