We are so thankful for the staff and services at River Oaks! Dr's. Carter & Ortiz, Jeyda, Lisa, Patty, Ashley and staff! While boarding, our babies were able to stay together, as they were not use to being separated and all of their quirks were addressed. At 15, 16 & 17 years of age, all three had great quality of lives up until the end because of the care they received from River Oaks. I was out of town and my very anxious dog was with a friend. Unfortunately things weren’t working out and they couldn’t keep him. River Oaks stepped in without advance notice and my dog was able to board there for 6 nights. The staff were all great with him. He is older and had never boarded before. They worked with his personality and gave him lots of love. Dr. Carter examined him and made some good recommendations with meds, etc. My dog had been seen there many times so that helped. He came home happy and I will take him there for boarding again.

Excellent care for your pets. My cat was not doing well and needed immediate care and they took him in immediately and were so loving and attentive to him. I would highly recommend tgis place. You can tell that they truly care for the pets and it’s very clean. The staff is extremely caring and kind as well.

I absolutely love the team at RiverOaks! They’re always so patient and understanding when my 3 dogs are getting their checkups! They’re so careful and very attentive to all their needs and best of, a sympathetic team 🤍 I can always count on them to take good care of them and we appreciate their kindness and care towards our babes and us! 10/10 thank you all for handling our crazy ones 😣 I promise at the end of the day, they always leave in their best conditions and we leave very happy knowing that they are the best they can be!
