I've been looking for someone to answer a fixture question and carrying said fixture around in the car. The beautiful ladies in their showroom and Louis, the "mascot", were oh, so friendly and welcoming! I left with the mystery solved and felt as if I was heard. I'll definitely be back!❤️💡

No one will answer the phone! We are building a house and picked out our stuff there. I cannot get in touch with anyone with questions. We have gone over there and there was a sign on the door saying by appointment only but you can’t make an appointment because no one answers the phone. We have left messages but no one calls us back. Very frustrating.

I was surprised at how many light fixtures they have inside. I was looking for a part to fix a ceiling light but they didn't carry the part. They were very helpful.
