We’ve used Jennifer and her staff for the last 2 and a half years, and they’re incredible. We recently had to put our cat down, and Jennifer and staff were incredibly compassionate and caring. We couldn’t ask for a better vet.

We recently moved back from South Bossier to Haughton and I wanted a vet that was close and convenient. We live in Dogwood and have used the doggy daycare next door in the past so it was a no brainer to give them a shot. We love them! They have a clean and comfortable office. The staff has been very nice to us but most importantly to my pups. The location is great.we like to come on Saturdays so as to not miss work and they have been fantastic in that aspect. There is always at least one or two Saturdays that I can pick from a month & they always get us in. When you check in, they take you right back to a room. My 100 plus pound dog thinks every place that we go to is a doggy day care. It was a relief when they didn't leave us in the lobby to wait with other people and their pets like

Dr. Conduff and Justin are amazing! They run a phenomenal facility that prioritizes your furry friend's health above all else. The facility is always pristine. They take amazing care of my entire pack, and one of them is a certified spicy kitty! I love their fear free approach! My pup that is terrified of life, loves the staff and doesn't even look back at me whenever I take him to board! It provides such an immeasurable amount of relief that my pets love this vets office, so much! I drive almost 45 minutes because Ive never found another vet that my pets are so comfortable with. I have taken my pups to them several times and they are very caring and loving to my pups. They are very thorough with examinations and explanations. I drive 25 mins to see them and will continue to do so. They will get you in quickly so your pets can be taken care of. Thank you Red River Animal Hospital.

We started going to this clinic because it’s close to home and seemed convenient for our new puppy. About two months ago, she was treated for allergies with a shot that worked for a while. Now that her symptoms are back, we went in for another shot. I showed up at 11:45 a.m. and was asked to wait 15 minutes, only to be told the vet was out to lunch from 12 to 2 and that I’d need an appointment. No sign, no warning, and no one told us at the first visit that follow-ups would require scheduling. If they had just communicated clearly from the start, this could’ve been avoided. Instead, I wasted time and left frustrated. We’ll be finding a different vet going forward.
