I had to bring both my pets during the holidays Esmèe and Stella. This staff moves fast and does what’s best for your animals. I’m very impressed by the care they received. Normally my pets run away but they kept wanting to be with the nurses and doctors. I was calling during the night and they would answer and make me feel comfortable and answer all my questions. They got both of my pets feeling 100% quickly and let me spend time. I’m drawing a blank on all of the staffs names but this truly is the best ER I’ve been to in 4 years. Thank you all so much for everything we will definitely choose here over any other ER.

The team that helped my dog Daisy on NYE was amazing. Thank you so much for being patient with us and giving her excellent care. She dislocated her elbow and they had to sedate her to put it back in place and every single person we interacted with, both night and day shift, were absolutely amazing and happy to be doing what they were doing. We cannot thank you enough.

Stellar emergency vet! On NYE, when my primary was not accepting emergency walk ins, I was stressed out, my cat was not feeling good. When I called, the receptionist was immediately reassuring and after collecting some information, I drove down to Rino Vet. I was so relieved when Gabby and Dr Brenda Francis took my cat in right after obtaining a history and then came back to explain their findings. Despite my cat being the rudest patient ever (lol) the staff continued to work professionally and lovingly toward my pet. They even went an extra step and followed up with me after my visit to check on my cat. I highly recommend Dr Francis and the staff at Rino Vet to care for your furry friends, I loved the care they provided and felt well taken care for. I will return to this ER if needed aga

Not only did the team support my mom and my dog while I was stuck in Mexico for 72 hours longer than I had planned to due to unforseen circumstances. They also have been extremely supportive of me since I landed back home. Unfortunately after my pups first admittance to the hospital and discharge he did have to see them again a second time come home with me and then go back shortly thereafter to be admitted. And like I said not only has the team showed up and done everything that they can for my dog. But they have done everything they can to support me in this moment as well. I can't say enough about how caring the team at this hospital is. I highly recommend them.

Our 4-year old cat suddenly became very lethargic, stopped eating and became visibly uncomfortable. After visiting our regular vet, we were told she needed an ultrasound before they could recommend a treatment plan and there were no ultrasound appts available for several days. When your pet is in pain, waiting days (even hours) for treatment is torture. Thankfully, the kind people at RinoVet were able to schedule an ultrasound the next day. By then, our cat's health had deteriorated further. RinoVet stabilized her within the hour and we hospitalized her with them for 3 days. We worked with at least 5 of the vets that cared for her on their difference shifts. They regularly checked in with us, monitored all of her bloodwork and vitals 24-hours a day, which gave us peace of mind. I
