How dare you accuse me of using vulgarity towards your employees. That is a blatant lie! Plus it sure does show you how poorly you keep records! Suzi Wong wasn't the dog I was speaking of. It appears you have a crew that will lie for you as well. God knows the truth about the use of vulgarity maybe you need to take a minute yourself. Two dead dogs. They will tell you that I am a mad customer. I am. They will tell you that I am writing this out of grief. I am. I took my Jessie in because she was having some hip issues. No coughing, or hacking, no runny nose, no signs of "valley fever" she didn't have sore joints, she didn't yelp in pain. I was being a concerned pet owner and my aging dog was having some hip issues. But I agreed to let them do blood tests. She had low grade markings for vall

Awful service. I will be reporting to the BBB. I brought in my dog to be spayed. She was sent home with very basic medication. 24 hours later she had a sudden large growth near incision due to it not being done correctly the first time. All they recommended was to pay AGAIN for a procedure that should’ve been done correctly in the first place. This business is disgusting , greedy, money hungry and have NO care for our pets. Please look elsewhere . This business is pathetic. I’ll be sure whoever is responsible loses their license

I’m the owner of cielo. This is a reply to the last one, I’m at loss for trusting you guys in the first place. You mentioned getting her spayed so it wouldn’t happen again, you didn’t say it would open back up not even 24 hours later. It sucks that you guys can’t admit that you guys were in the wrong, as said in other reviews. She is not outside i’m not sure where you’re getting that from? or why you’re assuming as a “professional”. Yes you lowered the price and we appreciate it but at what cost? just to have to do it again. This isn’t an argument it’s my dogs life.

I have been going to this very same clinic for over 30 years. When Dr. Heist and Billie Rose took over I wasn’t sure how it would go. But let me tell you, they are a GREAT TEAM!! I’m proud to call Rincon Vista Veterinary Clinic, my veterinary clinic of choice. My husband and I consider our pets our family, our best friends and quite simply our gifts from God. Thank you Dr. Heist and Billie for all you do.

Dr. Heist is amazingly kind,friendly,and knowledgeable. My dog is pretty skittish with strangers so she's helped us with trying different anxiety meds for my fur baby. They also email back pretty quickly, and the front desk staff is always kind and knowledgeable as well! Prices are also more affordable than you would get elsewhere! Definitely bring your friend in to see them!
