We loved meeting the staff here- they were all so wonderful, friendly, and caring. You can tell they truly love all animals. While we did have to wait a few minutes for the vets to finish up with other exotic pets they were seeing before us, we didn't mind as we had to fill out paperwork for our first visit, and it signaled to me that they are giving each client fully the time they need instead of rushing you out the door based on the clock. Our appointment was for 2 cockatiels, and although it was about 2 hours for us to finish up, it was our first visit for new pets and we felt that they were both very thoroughly checked over by two vets and an assistant. Dr. Joshi is the BEST vet I have ever received care from. She's kind, patient, and loves my two boy cats, Love and Dusty. My 11-year-old boy, Love, has diabetes and his previous vet barely remembered his visits, let alone his name, breaking my wallet with his already expensive treatment and causing him stress through trials that really weren't needed. In fact, there were a few times were a form of treatment left my cat worse than when he came in. At one point I was scared I was going to lose my baby boy, Love. Hopeless, I wanted to give another clinic a try and I am so glad my gut told me to call Ridge Lake Animal Hospital. As a young first time pet owner, I highly recommend Ridge Lake! My bulldog is reactive and aggressive to strangers, but the staff here is so amazing that it truly has never been an issue. I even switched vets for a very short period, and the way THEY treated my dog was awful. After seeing that, I will absolutely be staying with Ridge Lake. Not to mention, their wellness plan is amazing! It is so helpful to not have to spend $1000 upfront for both my dogs to get their yearly shots and tests. Love this place, I’m sure I’m one of their more particular clients due to my dogs nature, but they’ve never made me feel like a burden :)

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ms. Jenny is hands down the best groomer we’ve ever had! She takes such amazing care of my dog, Stella, and it truly shows every time. Stella always comes back looking beautiful, smelling great, and—most importantly—happy and comfortable. Ms. Jenny is patient, gentle, and clearly loves what she does. I trust her completely with Stella, and I wouldn’t take her anywhere else. Highly recommend Ms. Jenny to anyone looking for a groomer who treats your pet like her own!

Dr Joshi and the entire staff are incredibly welcoming, kind and compassionate. From the front desk staff to the techs and all of the doctors, we love knowing our fur family is in good hands here. They make time for their patients and take the effort to keep you informed, leaving you room for any questions you may have. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
