Customer Reviews
This place it is very appreciated. They offer low-income people alternative ways in paying a reduced fee with programs that actually help. However, the receptionist I can't speak many good words for multiple occasions. They come off as very ignorant. When people are going through very stressful situations and it's a heartfelt moment when their pets are in need these people show no sympathy, the doctors. However it's wonderful to have a young lady named Brooke who is amazing All I can say is I am very thankful, and maybe if there was a little bit more sympathy coming from the front end alot of people on here that leave reviews would leave 5 stars as a front end worker. They are the face of the company. They are the first person that people interact with when they walk through their doors. B
If I could leave zero stars, I would. I called this place thinking that it was the veterinarian that was there previously, it is not. When I called, the receptionist was very rude & demeaning. I called looking to make an appointment for my cat to be checked & tested, the receptionist asked what was going on. I then described in detail the issue my cat was having, there was fluid found in my 12.5 year old cats belly. This is a very SERIOUS matter. The receptionist shrugged it off & asked “so what can I do for your cat?” Which I then started to repeat the problems my senior cat is having. She again, shrugged my cats problems away. Having fluid in the belly can either mean cancer or an infection, I am assuming this receptionist does not know that, which is understandable given her only job de

Dr Hank Wietsma was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and provided top notch care for my dog that had cancer to the point my dog is cancer free. The office staff is very friendly and helpful.
Our community is so lucky to have the RICPP to provide care to pets who need them. Every person who works there is a superhero. Without them, many pets in our community would go without any veterinary services. Thank you!!!
