Went in earlier this month looking for a companion for our other cat. Couldn't be happier, great experience. Both cats became friends almost immediately. Stella (grey cat) is fitting right in. Highly recommend going here.

Got a beautiful kitten here after submitting an application all in one day! The staff were very friendly, nice building and everything was nice and clean. Awesome place to adopt a pet would highly recommend!

RISPCA is a wonderful place and their new facility in Warwick is beautiful. We got both of our cats from them and have developed a nice relationship with the staff over the years. We have even received in-home follow ups when our newest cat was having adjustment issues. They are very responsive and treat their animals well, ensuring they are settling in in their new homes. They also offer wonderful education like Kitten Yoga! I will likely get all my pets from these caring individuals - the vet is great, too! <3

Me and my boyfriend were in search of a cat. After reaching out to numerous shelters with no luck I had some family members recommend RISPCA. We sent an application, which was very easy to fill out, and then I gave them a call. We were told that our application looked good and to come down anytime to check out the cats. We went in and found our Tilly. We were able to take her that day. The staff was so helpful and answered all our questions. They also gave us a lot of resources, such as recommendations on food, litter, treats, different ways to play, what to expect behavior wise, and coupons for pet smart, a free vet examine, and a free harness and leash. Absolutely horrible!! I was told via email to bring my pet up there to get looked at just to be called a liar by some girl who seemed irritated that she had to leave her training class for a second. When I proceeded to show her the email she then stated that we are both on burnt ends because the person whom emailed me didn't correctly communicate to either of us. Mind you I just had spinal fusion surgery 4 days prior. She then says she'll get her manager who wasn't any better. They kept on asking if I called which I told them I did even though I was communicating with this person via email. She then asked if I left a message which I said no but wasn't even allowed to finish explaining. I was then told to leave because my voice is loud and aggressive.
