Amazing care treated my dog like family.

The staff was very nice and accommodating when it was time for our ol' boy to transition to the other side. Will be making this the new doctor's office for my other fur-babies.

Dr. Nick, Olivia, and the entire staff provided exceptional service for our doggo's physical exam and dental cleaning. They all went above and beyond to make me feel like she was in safe, caring hands. Dr. Nick is the first vet I've seen sit down on the exam room to be at my dog's level to play with, let lick him, and be excited to meet him. It's a small gesture that goes a long way. He also took his time to explain his findings from his examination and to answer all of my questions thoroughly. Olivia was fantastic when she met us for drop-off and pick-up. She kept us updated on how the procedure and recovery was going putting our minds at ease which we very much appreciated. It's safe to say our doggo was happy to have made some new friends!

A gigantic thank you to Dr. Janice and everyone at Rensselaer Pet Care today and always. We and our beautiful pup were treated with so much care and kindness, on literally zero notice. They've been there for us more than once this year, sadly, and, for many, many years. We truly appreciate you, your expertise, and your hearts. We know you love our babies as much as we do. I think you've actually seen us cry over the years more than nearly anyone else we know. Thank you so much - you are truly a gift to our community. 💖

I needed urgent care for my cat and they got me a same day appointment within minutes. Once I got there, they made me feel welcome and like they really cared about my pet's and my comfort. They acted with urgency but also with gentleness and kindness. They made sure my cat was comfortable as much as possible. They did their best in soothing him while performing the examination simultaneously. They never forced my cat into any position before exhausting other gentler options which made me feel like they truly cared about my cats emotional health as well as his physical health. ❤️‍🩹 During diagnosis Dr. Nick was humble and down-to-earth, sitting on the floor explaining my cat's diagnosis thoroughly and concisely. He made the information easy to understand while also emphasizing the importan
