Dana is truly one of a kind. She took such loving, gentle care of my cat, and I will always be grateful for the compassion and patience she showed. Grooming can be stressful for cats, but Dana has a calm, kind presence that immediately puts both pets and owners at ease. Sadly, the cat Dana groomed for us recently passed at the age of 20 and it means so much to know that one of their last grooming experiences was being treated with such care and respect. That alone speaks volumes about Dana’s heart and the way she treats animals. Because of that experience, I wouldn’t take our new animals anywhere else. Dana is someone you can fully trust — professional, compassionate, and genuinely devoted to the well-being of every pet she touches. I can’t recommend her or Kandace highly enough 🐾♥️

I really love Remi Roos! I’ve been taking my baby girl here for at least 3-4 years and she always looks great, groomers are nice(we see several of the groomers), it’s quick so she’s in and out because, let’s be real what dog wants to go to the groomers vs be at home. I always have a great experience, prices are fair for how good the grooming is. Highly recommend!

I’m sharing this to help other pet owners make an informed decision. I was a long-time, reliable client of this groomer — always on time, never missed an appointment, always paid my balance (plus a tip!) and always picked my dog up promptly. Over multiple visits, my dog was consistently shaved very short despite my requests not to do so, especially during winter. I was told dematting would be painful, though we brush her regularly at home and had not noticed matting. I also gave the option of skipping the haircut completely and I would simply pay for the other services. While I respect professional judgment, it felt like there wasn’t much room for discussion or collaboration around grooming preferences. On my most recent visit (which was quite expensive), I noticed my dog’s nails had not

I drove all the way here for an 8am grooming appt I’ve had scheduled for 6 weeks only to be told no one was “interested” in grooming my dog! The American economy must be good if businesses can afford to turn away customers 😠
