My sister was keeping my cat that I got the day my late husband died while I remodeled my home out of state. He needed surgery and she was told it would be $294. She made the appointment and a few weeks later it was time to take him in. She did and the next day she went to pick him up after they kept him overnight and was told it was $700. She laughed and said “That must be a mistake. I was told $294” The receptionist explained they had to do lab work and give him his shots. They NEVER got any of this approved nor said anything about it. They NEVER asked about his prior “shots” record. She said she would not pay that and left without my cat and expected a call from the Vet himself. He did call and said he would drop the bill by $50 only. She said she would pay $500. He said “No, I will ado

There's probably one under me from "Newest" about a guinea pig. I'm the daughter, and I'm devastated. The man who explained what he's done to my baby only said that he "tried" and said that animals can die from stress. I don't believe it, and as someone who's taken her there SEVERAL TIMES, I refuse to believe it was from stress, and yet didn't say a thing even though I sai he couldn't have said it was a possibility? "I will not take your insults" WHAT INSULTS, SIR?? And he did charge $360. I don't care about the money that was charged, because even if we did get the money back, that wouldn't bring my baby back. I hope karma fights back. Hope your pillow is WARM in the summer. Hope it's cold in WINTER. Never let it reach the perfect room temperature.

Nothing terrible but also nothing stellar either had an emergency with our cat ( Broken back leg ) and called Redstones main number got to the answering machine which gave me a number for emergencies I tried to call the number 2 times could of been once I honestly can’t remember I was kinda in shock at that point with everything that had just happened and I also left a voicemail on 7/20 in the afternoon… it is now Monday 7/22 a little past 11am and still haven’t heard a word or even gotten a call back so I’m kinda disappointed I’m thankful Columbus animal hospital was open for my little guy. I understand it’s the weekend but you guys have an emergency number for a reason

One of the worse experiences. My dog was kenneled for 10 days due to a bite INSIDE my home, and the Vet encouraged me to put my dog down due to the bite. (My dog is not violent, it was an unfortunate event). The vet originally told me it would probably be around $800 for the 10 days. I called the receptionist who is very unpleasant and rude and she gave me a total of $1,075.50 and explained for each cost. I went to pick my dog up and they are charging me an extra $40 for giving my dog medicine that he needs because “it wasn’t from them”. We talked twice about price and both times were different, and then when we went in it was more!! They are extremely overpriced and will do anything to get a cent, also please read the reviews!! I see sooo many of peoples dogs leaving skinnier than when

On the 15th of May we went to go look at red stone to go see their luxury boarding for our fur baby for a vacation late July. The luxury boarding looks nice, and the runs are super small. On the 15th we decided to book the luxury boarding for $61 and some odd cents. On May 30th after hearing not so good things about this vet, we decided to cancel our boarding. Which is 15 days after we booked it and still two months away from our vacation. The man who owns the place is the one who helped us when we booked it and never said anything about it being non refundable, it does not state it online, and I never signed anything. But when I went it on the 30th they said sorry we’re not able to give you a refund. I told the gal that helped me it’s two months out still, and no one told me we can’t get
