I’m glad to say I have switched to the vet in schuyler(unfortunately I now have to take my cat monthly) because of the incompetence here. I brought my son in because his ear had swelled up with liquid, they drained it and slapped bandages on his head and told me not to remove them for a week, no medicine or cleaning. When I informed the vet in Schuyler of this because my cat would not stop crying and aggressively scratching his now collapsed ear, the doctors there were also shocked. My cats ear canal has collapsed due to this vet either not caring to or not knowing that he needed proper procedures and now is stuck with ear mites no matter how much I clean his ears and needs a $2,000 EXPERIMENTAL surgery for his ear or will be stuck with infections for the rest of his life. We have been very happy with Pet Care Specialists. Our dog has some unique needs, Sarah and Kelsey are always very nice to work with.

Being a new resident of Columbus, NE, I was in need of a groomer for my dog. I asked for recommendations on where the best place in town was to get your dog groomed and more often than not, I was referred to Pet Care Specialists. The first time I called to ask questions about their services, I spoke to 3 different employees (2 of which were groomers) and no one could give me direct answers to my questions about pricing and grooming packages. Despite that negative experience, so many people swore that they were the best groomers in town, so I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. His first grooming appointment was in April. Mary is the best vet! She really cares for our dogs, and really makes it a pleasant visit for them. I am greatful we found her!

Simply the best. They go above and beyond. They also are real. If my little buddy has limited time..I appreciate knowing it. We can bucket list what we have left. Front staff is fabulous.
