I love the small town feel and care of Redmond Fall City veterinary. We have been going there for decades and our experience has always been exceptional!

We took both of our dogs here for the past 4 years or so seeing Dr. Hartung and she was absolutely wonderful. I’ve never met a doctor who was so attentive to my dog’s needs as she was. Each of the staff members were also incredibly supportive when needed and patient with our reactive dog and we greatly appreciate it. We moved about an hour away and when Dr. Hartung retired, it just didn’t make sense to stay. We appreciated our time here and would recommend this hospital to anyone in the area.

This vet clinic has great vets and staff! I feel that my cats are getting great care. The facility is cozy and easy to get to. Adequate parking and the exam rooms are clean.

No follow-through. I paid for exams to establish care for my pets. Their prescriptions were never submitted to the pharmacy as promised, and the estimates for follow up services were never sent. We called and they couldn't figure out what we were talking about. We stopped but the office - they couldn't figure out what we were talking about. What did I pay for?

I brought my dear 9-lb chocolate Havanese to see Dr. Debbie as Coco needed about 8 teeth removed and had a gingival mass. RFCAH was the 4th vet I visited for this gaspingly expensive procedure. Not only did Dr. Carlson and her staff take excellent care of Coco, but RFCAH offers an extremely fair and reasonable pricing structure. It is refreshing to be able to offer our furry friends superb and affordable care. Communication from doctor and staff is great. Delighted that I have such kind professionals in Coco’s corner.
