Eastside Dog and Cats Too

I’ve been a loyal customer at this store for over three years, and my pup genuinely loves coming here. The owner and most staff members have always been kind and welcoming, I would’ve rate 5 stars. Unfortunately, two recent experiences with the same staff member have changed how I feel about shopping here. On February 2, I came in at 7:58 pm and was immediately told the store was closing in two minutes. When I asked for a quick snack recommendation, none was offered—I was simply reminded again that the store was closing, so I left right away. Tonight, I came in at 7:45 pm, placed two bags of treats on the counter, and briefly looked at treats behind the counter. I was immediately reminded the store was closing in 15 minutes. This shop in redmond in great! I didn’t catch her name, but Poppy’s owner was incredibly knowledgeable about my German Shepherd and gave me some tips on life jackets, diet, and more! She also gave me some pouches of food to bring back to try for my dog. Would recommend 100 times over!

I just came in here for the first time and all I can say is "Wow!" You want to talk about a store that is extremely well stocked as well as the best customer service! I came in with my dog and they gave him a few treats as well as were helpful pointing out where to find catnip for my cats. They even gave me a free sample of cat food and recommendations. I will certainly be back!

We just moved in Redmond and found this incredible pet store. They have so many good stuffs. You can find some precious food, treats or toys even in a corner. The owner made a great selection on the products! They even had some dog magnets. OMG they are so cute!！ The staffs were very nice and enthusiastic! We had a wonderful shopping experience there. I’ll definitely come back to buy more things!

I wasn't going to post anything but my friends told me that I needed to let others know about this place. First let me say that the staff is really nice there. They were very sweet to my dog and offered a few treats to her which she happy ate! Unfortunately, I went to buy a bag of dog food the other day and there were boxes and boxes of dog food sitting on the shelves from 2022!! That's over three and half years ago! They must be selling this expired stuff or why would they be saving these bags/boxes and hiding them behind other bags of dog food? After I found the expired food behind the dog food I was buying I looked behind other bags on other shelves and there was MORE expired food!!
