AMAZING! I was so nervous to leave my fur baby for 9 nights when I went out of state. I was so happy to find an email from Ronia when my plane landed the first evening. She provided photos and gave me such a detailed update. I immediately felt better and was able to have an amazing vacation. I asked for an update every few days, and quickly received responses with photos. The emails were so detailed, I didn't even have to ask any questions. They even dressed up for Halloween. They really went above and beyond to make sure my pup had a great time with new friends, and also to make sure I was at ease. I highly recommend Red Oaks Pet Inn. Thank you so much!!!!! Zero will be back!!

Red Oaks did such an amazing job caring for my sweet Doberman the other week. Everything felt very personalized and I felt assured knowing my dog got 1 on 1 care. They were careful about which dogs they grouped with him for play time and he ended up having so much fun! They also did a great job of giving him his daily medication and making sure he ate. He came back happy and tired. I really appreciated the communication and quality of care.

This was the first time we had our dog Charlie stay at a doggy day care place. All the employees were cheerful and friendly. We had Charlie stay 3 times for just daycare and then he stayed for 2 weeks while we went on a vacation. Ronia the owner took a video of Charlie playing with another dog and that just made our day . She also sent us a email saying how good he was doing there. It made us feel better about leaving him there . We called a couple times to check on him and everyone was so nice to communicate on how he was doing. Thank you to everyone who works there for taking great care of our 9 month old bernedoodle. We will definitely be back.

The staff is friendly, polite, and courteous! The staff are on site 24/7 and do send photos of your animals (if you ask). It's an older building but it has everything they need. A TALL FENCE and grassy yard and a temp-controlled kenneling. I 10/10 recommend 👌
