Red Fern Spay & Neuter

Went in and had my cat neutered there were complications. She prescribed medication for him it didn’t work he got really sick wouldn’t eat or drink anything. We had messaged her Sunday November 22nd and no answer still today November 26th no reply at all. Our cat passed away Sunday night at 10:30pm. Communication is a big issue with this place and it sucks losing a pet/family member. I got him as a kitten and now he’s no longer with us due to complications from him getting neutered. Please have better communication with the clients and follow up appointments would help keep things secure for our pets.

She did an amazing job spaying both of my cats. Beyond that, she has remained available to answer questions and help with concerns regarding one of my currently ill cats. I know she is super busy so this means a lot. She’s truly a wonderful person and great at her job.

Brought in my two female cats. They got dewormed flea treatment spayed and one got her ears done. Service was fast and friendly! I highly recommend!

She is the most gentleness kindest person to chat with and she takes very good care of my animals and she’s done a lot of my cats. She’s awesome.
