I can’t speak for all of the vets there. But Dr brown was very insensitive when caring for my cat. I brought my cat in for behavior/anxiety issues and was searching for another opinion (I usually take my cats to eagles nest) when I brought my cat into the office I had already prior had his history faxed over from eagles nest vet, I was told to wait in my car for 45 minutes when my appointment was booked for 4pm. The vet assistant later called me after 45 minutes saying we will not see your animal due to his history at eagles nest we do not feel safe and would need to have him sedated to even take a look at him. Keep in mind, when I had called to make this appointment they knew everything and said they would put it in the note and take Extreme precautions and look at my cat. Finally after
