If you love or even like your dog do NOT bring them here for any reason. I brought my one year old cockapoo in today for his first grooming, he had some matting behind his ears but besides that he just needed a bath. I dropped him off at 9:30am and they left him sitting until around noon. At 12:45 I got a nonchalant call from the front desk saying my puppy had a " nickel sized hole cut into his ear and would need to be seen by a vet". The staff workers begrudgingly answered my questions about what had occurred and seemed absolutely unfazed by the injury, leading me to believe that this is not a rare occurrence. My puppy had to get stitches all alone at the vet due to covid 19 rules. He has to take a strong antibiotic for 10 days and the vet also said he had signs of heat exhaustion and deh

My dog Summer goes here for daycare and boarding. Everyone on the staff is so down to earth, and they always look forward to seeing my little pup. They take immense pride in their care for animals. I have never boarded my dogs before, but here? I absolutely recommend it. Pricing is reasonable given the nature of the business, and they give fair warning of any peak season price increases! 10/10 every time.

First time my little man stay at boarding kennel, he came out so happy, he really looks like he had fun. The staff are so friendly, they all had something nice to say about my dog, which shows me that they gave him lots of attention. Will be back, and will recommend to all my dog friend families.

I am so impressed with the love, kindness, and professionalism of Red Dog Inn and Resort. They cater to cats as well as dogs. The pampered Persian Mr. Bailey stayed with them for 1 whole week. He decided he wasn't going to go to the bathroom. The staff went out bought Metamucil, administered it twice, found a larger litter box, spent time with him, petting him, and massaging his tummy. Everyone went above and beyond. It was a team effort. Mr. Bailey will be back. I feel confident that he is in the care of animal experts, and greatly appreciate the outstanding care that was given. Also, I called many times to check in, and all the staff was available to check on him, and give me as many updates as needed! Highly recommend!

Red Dog has taken care of our dogs when we go on vacation for the past 17 years. Last week they noticed that our Great Dane, Loki, wasn't acting like himself, was not active and looked bloated. They immediately took him to Tufts VETS in Walpole where he received emergency surgery for Gastric Dilation and Volvulus (the stomach bloats and twists). Because the kennel got him to the vet as quickly as they did Loki does not have any organ damage and is back home recuperating. If not caught quickly it often means the end for the dog. We cannot thank Chris and Heather at Red Dog enough for identifying it and acting so quickly!!! We are forever in their debt. ❤️
