My dog had an ear infection and the vet I been taking him to was closed. Ii was getting worried he wouldn’t have been able to be seen Called this office and they gave him appointment the same day. The staff were friendly and helpful. The medication he was given is already helping him. Thank you

First of all, it's ridiculous how no one contacted me to inform me that the surgery would no longer be performed. Furthermore, the clinic shaved her paw down and put an IV for no reason; if I had known sooner, I would have picken her up. For no apparent reason, my dog sat traumatized. I understand that you had to do an emergency procedure, but we took time off work to ensure that we could arrange for her to be dropped off and picked up. I had scheduled the surgery for March 3rd, but several technicians have since informed me that the bloodwork is only valid for a month prior to the procedure. On February 14th, I took Missy for her blood panel and pre-op examination. Since there was no doctor, you guys called me back and rescheduled for February 26. I’m writing a positive review on behalf of our senior special needs dog Eddie, who passed away peacefully this summer. Eddie had a large inoperable tumor which we managed the best we could given the circumstances, he was rescued from the streets in terrible conditions, as a senior dog. That being said the main Vet is an older man who’s very quiet and doesn’t speak much, he isn’t very personable but knows his work. The vet nurses who cared for Eddie and helped sedate him for grooming sessions were always very attentive to Ed and cared a lot about his condition and health. They always wrapped him him cozy blankets to keep him safe and warm, and we’re very communicative about how he was doing during and after his grooming sessions. I had been taking our pets to MAH since 1989. While on vacation (1,500 miles away from home and due back home within 1-week) my dog became very itchy and scratching non-stop. Benadryll didn't help. I phoned MAH and had explained to them that she was scratching to the point that she was whining. MAH took the info and said that they will call me back. They did call me back but said that they cannot prescribe anything for her because it had been 4-months since they had seen her last and to bring her in when we return home. Seriously, 4-months since she had been seen last??? Give me a break. To end my poor dog's misery, I took her to a vet in the area we were staying and they prescribed something stronger then Benadryll for her itch. The next a.m. she was almost back to normal. After
