Dr. Sill was very attentive as I described my concerns about my senior dog. She shared possible causes and treatment options. After lab work confirmed she was healthy we decided to try a treatment for arthritis. Within a day my dog wasn’t barking and slept through the night for the first time in weeks. We are very optimistic that we found the right course of treatment. Thank you Dr. Sill! I must add that the vet staff were kind and helpful too!

Great experience, overall! Took my 8 month old shepskie Mira to get her shots and Dr. Sill and her supporting staff did so without Mira hardly noticing. Very skilled, very professional. Highly recommended.

The people at Arrow Animal Clinic are very nice to animals and knowledgeable. Really like the way they treated my dog and me very good, very nice people and they know what they’re doing. Very thorough. Highly recommend them.

Terribly run vet clinic. Vet is rude and difficult to work with, office manager is completely incompetent. Paid almost $1000 for 3 dogs to get a well visit, vet was incredibly rude during this visit and rolled her eyes at my wife more than once for asking simple questions. We paid our bill in full at the time of service. We specifically asked if we had covered everything and made sure we were paid up before leaving. We then, a month plus after the fact, received a bill for roughly $150 for antibiotics prescribed during that visit that we were never told about. It’s obvious that the office manager failed to appropriately write the bill during the visit and is now expecting us to pay a bill that we were never made aware of when we were told we would not be responsible for any further costs

Do NOT take your cat or dog here for ANY surgery, especially if it is for neutering or spaying. We took a stray cat in our home and domesticated him a year ago and now his death is in Dr Helen Sill's hands. It is obvious based on the other reviews here that Dr Sill treats animals inhumanely. Dr Sill said he had diarrhea after getting out of anesthesia but this later turned a mixture of blood and bile being accumulated on our bathroom floor. We had future appointments here to spay and neuter several other stray cats but this place should NEVER be considered. Rest in Peace Charlie, you didn't deserve this.
