Paw Paw Family Dentistry

Had a back bottom tooth break over the weekend. Called Monday morning, was given an appointment for Tuesday morning. Saw Dr. Reichter, he was amazing! Filed down the sharp spots on my tooth, said eventually a crown, but should be good for now. I was thankful for the outcome! Will definitely seek him when I decide to do the crown. Thank you for the excellent service!

The receptionist and hygienists are great. That said, do not go to this dentist. They recommended a filling for a tooth that was not causing any problems. After filling it I was in terrible pain all over my mouth for weeks. After 2 follow up appointments he finally told me that he had drilled too close to the nerve and that was the problem. He told me to go get 2000 dollars in dental work to fix it. I was never told before the filling that it could result in a root canal and a crown. I finally went to another dentist to find out there was now an Infection where he drilled. The dentist told me “well there’s risks with everything, you could get struck by lightening when you walk outside.” Avoid if at all possible.

Absolutely amazing. They had my impacted wisdom tooth out in minutes. I’ve had a few teeth pulled by other dentist in the past . But this time there was zero pain zero pressure. They made me feel safe and even accommodated for my extreme anxiety. Thank you paw paw family dental I’m very grateful

Having just moved to Paw Paw, we brought my son here with pain in his teeth. There are two ladies that answer the phones and also happen to be the ones to reach out to you. Absolutely wonderful people, they do a great job of concealing the judgment riddled staff that are a direct reflection of the dentist. It took less than 5 seconds for his assistant to offend and infuriate me. She is that old school, stuffy, judgmental, entitled, privileged white lady. I can't confirm or deny this but she seems like the type of lady that would hide behind the Bible as a justification for her judgmental actions and for the way that she speaks to people.
