Raw and Kibble Miami Lakes Pet supply store

I came in during my lunch break today, I’m not the best with names but I was greeted by a wonderful young lady.I believe her name was Luz. Wasn’t expecting to much out of this quick stop for dog food but she definitely made it an amazing experience. I was also in the market for a topper for my pups kibble and she was able to give me recommendations to make my decision simple. Sorry that I can’t remember her name but she definitely deserves a raise! 10/10 Customer service.

I had an amazing experience at Raw and Kibble, all thanks to Giselle! From the moment I walked in she greeted me with a warm smile and genuine enthusiasm. She took the time to understand my Noodles's dietary needs and recommended the perfect options. Her knowledge about raw feeding was impressive, and she patiently answered all my questions. The store is well organized and has a fantastic selection of products. I left feeling confident in my choices and excited to try the new with Noodles. If you’re looking for exceptional service and expertise, Gisell is the one to see! Highly recommend!

Luz was great, she is always very helpful and Knowledgeable on the products. She has been a great help with getting my super sensitive dogs food and treats in line.

Daniela M is amazing. Arriving close to closing hours, most places would’ve been more in a hurry to get you in and out but Daniela was just as patient, thorough and helpful as if it the store just opened. Even her skills to multitask and give other customers attention with greetings and exploring their needs was impressive. For a 2 month working window, I almost thought she was a manager with how well she was managing. Her education with taking in information and filtering it for my needs as a new customer will keep me coming back to Raw and Kibble. Definitely a standard of what customer service should be across any retail store. I pray Daniela exceeds in this work place or every where else the Lord may take her. Great Job with hiring Daniela M, she deserves the best from Raw and Kibble.
