This is pretty bad quality assurance for a company providing prescription drug medicine for our pets. They sent a 60mg!! Bottle of pills when my pup should be on 20mg. Normally I would notice the larger pill but we unfortunately had a dog sitter this week taking care of our dog and when the last bottle ran out I told them to open the brand new box and give them one pill a day. Hope our dog doesn't die because of this. We pay a ridiculous amount of money for dog prescriptions to this company. How can they possibly allow this error to occur? More importantly, how many other pets received the wrong dosage of medicine with inaccurate marked labelling!? This could have been devastating. SHOPPERS. BEWARE!!!

I was a satisfied customer here for years but no more. My dog developed a serious infection. After 10 days with no antibiotic shipment, I called them 4 times, spoke to a supervisor one of those and my vet's office called as well. For 3 days I was told it would ship that day. Yesterday I was told it was waiting for the carrier to pick it up. Today, still hasn't shipped. I've wasted time calling and had to drive an hour to get another week to tide us over. I was offered free expedited shipping which does no good if THEY NEVER SHIP it. THEY DON'T CARE AND WILL JUST LIE TO YOU. I think I've done business with almost every other pet pharmacy and NEVER had an issue like this. Use ANYONE else.

I do not recommend. Their customer service reps will lie and promise you deliveries and never execute. If you have a sick dog, I highly recommend using a company that can process your order in a timely manner.

Worst experience ordering pet supplies. I ordered glucosamine pills (no prescription needed) and heart worm pills. I thought I’d try this company bc they had good prices. Turns out what they lack is timing and customer services. My initial order took 4 weeks to get here, in the Time in between I had called customer service and they said they were going to two day ship my order, that also never happened. Then I called to discuss that and they said they’d put a $25 credit on my account, never did that either. Then my order showed up after 4 WEEKS! A couple days later I get an email with a charge saying they are shipping my next autoship….i never got an email reminder/ authorization for this. I called to stop it and they said sorry it’s already shipped so we can refund you. Ummmm my first ord
