Great little hospital with friendly staff and a great Vet who was knowledgeable and friendly and very straightforward on his diagnosis. Our cat who normally keeps meowing at the Vet was very calm and just walked around the room checking things out. Rates were very reasonable at $80 a visit. We all know we would pay anything for our fur babies so finding a Vet we both like is usually difficult. But when you find a good one you stick with them. We'll definitely be sticking with this one for a long time!

We’ve been taking our dogs there for a long time and it’s been fine however our oldest dog has had a sore on his leg for quite some time and we’ve brought him in three separate times and was told to “ clean it and wrap it “ and that it’s normal for dogs to get it. We finally took him to get a second opinion turns out he’s got multiple infections in his leg, eyes, and both ears!! we’ve brought up possible infections multiple times! won’t be back.

Friendly staff good experiences. Took a stray in for his first visit. He was so calm and easy to work with. Got him all fixed up and on our way.

The best care that I have had for my pets hands down. I really appreciate the whole staffing team. Super great with animals and met all my pet care needs. I will never go to another vet!!! Super welcoming and very friendly. Thank you all for your expertise and treating my pets so well.

We stopped taking our pets to Ranson Animal Hospital years ago due to the veterinarian’s poor bedside manner. Recently, I accompanied a friend to an appointment there and was quickly reminded why we left. The atmosphere remains dismissive and unwelcoming, and it’s clear they are not focused on client relationships or patient comfort. I was especially concerned to overhear the vet brushing off my friend’s valid concerns about the way she was treated by the support staff earlier that week. There was no effort to listen, empathize, or acknowledge her experience—it felt cold and condescending. What’s more troubling is that for eight years, my friend’s dog was told she had a heart murmur—only to be correctly diagnosed as not having one after switching to our current vet at Apple Tree Animal C
