Corey and the rest of the groomers are top notch and they take care of our fur babies like they are theirs. I think it’s unfair for a person who had a bad experience to have a bunch of their friends leave bad reviews. I have been going to this specific Petco for three years now and they have been very open about shot verification and how it is needed to be able to be groomed. Also if you use the Petco app it will let you know that shots are needed and will also send emails. I just happened to see these reviews from the last day and just feel it is wrong that o have numerous friends and family members to leave bad reviews for the one incident. We love all areas of the Ranson Petco and we only trust them with our fur babies.

Great customer service, and very clean store to shop from. Also very knowledgeable about Saltwater Marine Life. Jared and his team does a great job. Thanks for making my family first saltwater tank experience more easier and keeping fish & corals in stock 🐠🪸

Great staff here. I buy for multiple species. This purchase was easy. Fish looked healthy, which is pretty rare for retail. Employees helped me find cat food I wanted and answered questions about fish. Also found reptile habitat I couldn’t locate for me. My only complaint is that the online and app ordering reflects inaccurate stock counts, so I often can’t get half of my order from this store. So online it shows availability, yet they don’t have it in stock. I have gone myself to the store later the same day to find an alternative, proving that the employees would have filled the order. I won’t make them find replacements because I am picky and know that they should be helping in-store customers instead of playing personal shopper for me. Jared and his fellow coworkers helped us a lot when we went in to get our fish. Very knowlegeable , friendly and never seem to be bothered when we kept them busy going from one tank to the next.

I’ve been a long-time Petco customer for years, but my recent experience with grooming at this location was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I scheduled a grooming appointment for my dog on 1/16 for the next day (1/17). When my sister brought him in, he had an accident near the front door and went to get a bag from the grooming area. She was immediately met with attitude and told only one dog at a time is allowed, even though she was just grabbing a bag. During check-in, they refused service because the rabies vaccine expired that same day (1/17). Frustrated by yet another miscommunication issue at this store, she left.
