Great service, very nice people, went above and beyond to care for my dog :) they take great care of the animals they work with (Edit: I would also like to add that they are very patient with their clients and are more than welcome to help them out and work with them, and that my dog got along with them very well)

One of are cats its sick and should to be taken to the vet. My girlfriend tried calling multiples times and left messages and can't get anyone to answer the phone or call her back or anything. Other vests in the area say they are not accepting new patience. Its not I dire emergency but it's something that should be addressed before it becomes one. I miss when Dr. Don Martinson was the local vet in the area. He was the last good vet this town had to offer. Now it seems like everyone just wants to do it when its easy and convenient for them. If you're not going to take the job seriously and actually care maybe consider another profession.

While on vacation our dog needed his ears flushed. They were not able to get us in for an appointment, they did point us in the direction of someone who could.

We moved here 2 years ago and finding a great vet was a top priority. Finding a great receptionist.. was not. There seem to be a few hurt feelings in these reviews from people who need their rear ends kissed by a warm bubbly receptionist. Anyway... back to the DOCTOR - she is excellent and so are her techs. Oh and the gals up front have always been efficient & kind to me but I'm kind & patient too, so no problem. Sophie and Lucy have received outstanding care from an incredibly skilled doctor who I fully trust and that means everything. Thank you Range Animal Hospital!
