Randolph Veterinary Clinic

I have been going here since Inkley started. At first he was amazing. Then they caused the death of one of my Goldens. I still used them. I needed an appointment for my dog he had to be seen as soon as possible. I was told they were taking appointments in 3 weeks. If it was an emergency take him to an emergency hospital. All these years of being a loyal customer and this is the treatment I receive. I got a new vet.

Update 2024: I just brought a litter of 8 pups to get their first shots. The vet tech helped me bring the puppies and the vet checked and administered shots to all 8 of them in about an hour! Everyone was efficient and kind. Thanks to all the wonderful staff. So wonderful. We recently moved to the area and one of our pups got hit real bad with a porcupine. I called around to area vets. Either no one answered not even orchard Park veterinary hospital that's supposed to be open 24 hours.the ones that did answer said they weren't taking new patients because of covid-19. When I called Randolph veterinary clinic they told me they loved taking out porcupine quills from dogs. I drove the 40 minutes to drop off the dog. I arrived at 10 AM. The staff was very rude, no bedside manner, actually laughed at me when I asked questions- so I called the assistant out and told her this is my first appointment here and this is how I’m getting treated? No. This isn’t that. So I came home and chose another vet. If you think my concerns are funny then you have zero reason to have my trust in my animal’s care. Definitely a negative experience.

I'm always pleased with the service at Randolph Veteranary. The staff are great & always helpful. Most importantly- I've had to call on two separate occasions when they were closed with emergency questions & within a hour after leaving a message I get a call back. My puppy is happy & healthy! I'm very grateful. Thank you very much!!

Great staff very quick clean and friendly Tail docking day for our Cane Corso's And back Again almost a year Later and I just can.not say how much I love this place!! Been coming here since 15 and I'm 41 now .... They are killin it! Another round of tail docking and Dew claws!..... This right here!!! I'll never do business here again!!! I called set up a spay for my female which they seen all my dogs for years!! Docked tails did dew claws female exams..... all through the end of my Breeding program!! I've always done my own parvo/Distemper..... etc my self ....literally had the rabies done 2 weeks ago cause I'm moving!!! And couldn't even book the appointment!!! Cause ya know I'm gonna get in before the next month....... I would have emailed them over as soon as we were off the phone .....
