I've always had good things to say about this vet. My wife and I have been utilizing he and his brother's services for more than 20 years. We called today about a possible emergency and even though we've kept up on all of his wellness visits and shots, they will not see him. "We're not set up as an emergency facility". How about saying that before we get to this point? We've taken and currently take a dozen animals here. While I realize nobody deserves special treatment, be mindful that you need help from other people as well. This frustration comes from an incident that happened last month when we had a cat who ultimately died, but may not have, had he been properly referred and received a proper standard of care when we called. When we got our puppy I knew immediately I wanted to take him to inkley’s, I had heard they provided quality care and were able to help people with their pets quickly in emergent cases, even after hours. Even though it was a drive for us, that made it worth it to me. Unfortunately, one of those situations did arise for us, and even though we’re established patients, that have been going there for 5 years, they won’t see us for 3 weeks. Meanwhile, our dog has an open wound that is undeniably infected. I have called expressing the urgency and asking if they’ve had cancellations and nothing. I told the receptionist the only reason we bring our dog there is because of their reputation of helping animals in their time in need. I've taken my pets there for many years. Always kind and caring, and good with my pets. Reasonable prices.

I've gone to this vet for years with no issues until now. The receptionist was over the top rude. The female vet argued with me over a name change on my account. Save yourself the headache, get a new vet.

Front desk women is EXTREMELY RUDE! They don’t like animals otherwise they wouldn’t be advertising their butcher business right when you walk in. Really weird. We had a question about a test our dog may needed and got two different answers from the receptionist. After a very rude short conversation she put the vet on the phone - one of the brothers , not sure what one. He made it very clear he didn’t want to talk to us and that we were to make an appointment to discuss the test because we were taking up his time and how would he get paid if he was on the phone all day. We didn’t even ask to speak to him! The receptionist just threw him the phone apparently. Instead he wants us to come in person so he can charge his $45 office fee for a yes or no answer.
