Rancho Coastal Humane Society

We went to check out a pup and ended up leaving with a different one!! They have definitely perfected their "matchmaking" abilities! We were greatly impressed with their honesty and not hiding the issues that some of the pups have. They didn't try to just foist a dog on us, they made sure we had the space and adequate ti.e for the dog we were adopting. We ended up taking Brotato home with us! He is amazing and everything we hadn't known we needed!

RCHS really helped me out when I was scheduled for surgery and had nowhere for my kitties to go. They have this program that, based on eligibility, they will care for your little fur babies. I seriously don't know what I would have done without this program. I can't say enough about Chelsea/Director who really handheld me through the whole application process which really minimized the stress that I had with only 3 days left until my surgery. She cared for my babies, was able to keep them together and consistently stayed in touch with me about how they were doing. She was just the kindest person I've really ever met!! I'll never, ever forget the loving care that the entire staff at RCHS had for my kitties, Karma and Grace! THANK YOU FROM THE VERY BOTTOM OF MY HEART ❤️ ~Jacqueline

After visiting shelters all over the county for a month or so I finally decided to adopt my new dog from RCHS. Very clean facilities and the staff was great!

I love RCHS and all the wonderful things they do for pets in need. I am grateful that they were willing to let me promote their programs in my Groovy Garden at the San Diego County Fair!

Our entire experience has been great. Everyone from the front desk, counselors, and all the volunteers have made the process seamless. We are very grateful for the care and love they give each one of the animals under their care.
