Holiday Pet Hotel

We've been using Holiday Pet Hotel to board our dog for 5 years and have been very happy and satisfied with her care there. The staff are friendly, attentive, and seem very passionate about animals. Although she's always excited when we pick her up, she is also calm and happy when we drop her off. I made a mistake with my recent boarding reservation and I'm grateful for their response. They kindly notified me that she was due to be picked up and were very accommodating in keeping her the extra day.

My dog LOVES going to day camp at HPH (a couple of days a week) and when we board him he always comes home happy, healthy and clean and ready to resume his camp schedule.

service: first day of daycare, half day. we came on saturday to see if this place was a good fit for us. booking was straightforward through an app. they were very kind working with me to get all the vaccines records in prior to arrival. upon our 10am arrival, we got out of the car to the sound of tens of hundreds of dogs barking outside. it was quite nerve racking to hear for us, and it definitely spooked my pup. it didn’t just sound like play barks. it sounded like stressed kenneled dogs outside. staff seemed nice; i stated that my pup was timid with the response that they had other pups in their care that were the same way. post drop off- it felt very strange not knowing what the inside of the facility was like. there was no tour, the front was separated from the space in which the

Easy booking and check in process. My elderly dog was well taken care of, I can tell by his demeanor when I picked him up and the days after. I have no complaints and complete satisfaction that he was cared for in exactly the manner he needed.

It was my first time boarding my 2 dogs so I was worried they wouldn’t do well, but I was told they did fine and they seemed to be ok when they got home. However I had asked for photos of my dogs and I only got pics from one day, and the labels had their names mixed up. Not that big a deal as they probably both came when one was called. But they needed meds at night and luckily they were both the same, I probably would have worried more if they had different meds. I called twice and left messages requesting a call back but did not receive any call backs. But I was travelling during the holidays in Europe, so time differences and lack of phone services may have contributed. One of my dogs seemed skinnier, but I also paid for daycare/playtime with other dogs and he is a very active dog and
