Rae's Groom Room

From appointment setting to the visit was excellent customer service. Communicating through the groom to let me know my pup is doing good and also a timeframe. Very knowledgeable about her craft and love for dogs. Service was done in a short amount of time but was also an amazing job. Will be returning!

Took my dog to Rae 2x so far after his groomer left PetSmart and I’ve been overly satisfied. His cuts are just how I want them, which was hard to request from PetSmart. Rae is very responsive when I book appts or have questions. She is quick with the grooming and you can tell she loves her job. If I ever have any issues, she responds quickly and professionally. She is now my dog’s permanent groomer.

This was my first time taking my miniature schnauzer to the groomer since moving to Texas and I couldn’t be any more happy with how she came out! It had been about 3 months since she had a full groom and was pretty matted due to the move and being on the ranch for the past two weeks, but Rae was able to brush her out and make her look great. Rae really took the time and paid close attention to the details I wanted out of the groom (shorter cut, gland expression, round face and paws, and a pretty short sanitary trim)! I would definitely recommend her and will be a returning loyal customer. I also forgot to mention that my dog typically doesn’t do to well with new groomers but Rae made her feel instantly comfortable she was more than willing to let her take her out of my arms and into the sa

I am super satisfied with the grooming done at Rae’s. My fur baby was really matted; she looks great now.
