My cat needed emergency dental surgery and Dr.Amy and the team got me in immediately. They were very kind and compassionate. Explained everything to me clearly of what they were doing and the cost. So grateful they took us in. Highly recommend them.

It all started in 2008 when I came home from a trip to a cat who decided to get very sick with kidney failure on us when we were gone. Hiding from the sitter, she didn’t know. I was between vets due to a recent bad experience. I opened the phone book and landed on their ad. In a tearful state, In told them my cat needed to be put down, he was clearly in organ failure and suffering. They got me in right away and Dr Mano was very kind. A couple of years later I met Dr Jens under similar circumstances for the litter mate. From then on, mostly Dr Jens, but also all of the other docs at one time or another have taken great care of our furry children. They’ve seen me through 4 euthanasias and countless other visits. I brought my dog in a week ago and clearly stated that I would be waiting in my car with her. Unfortunately, the staff in the back were never informed, and I had to call over 20 minutes later to remind them. The veterinarian was very kind and even waived some fees, which I appreciated. However, I was told I would receive an invoice or estimate in about a week and could then schedule the cyst removal. It’s now been a week, and after calling for an update, I was told it’s still in the queue because the manager hasn’t completed it yet. The delay and lack of communication is very disappointing.
