I visited this pet store on Saturday. Overall, the store itself was nice and had a good selection of products, and I even purchased a few items that I liked. However, my experience changed when I noticed a fish bowl with extremely dirty, cloudy water. I looked inside expecting to see a fish, and instead there was a dead fish that appeared to have been in there for quite some time. This was very concerning and took away from the positive experience I initially had. I really hope the store improves their animal care standards moving forward.

Nicest people; got a really nice toy here for a really good price and my dogs can’t stop carrying them around! Great prices,great staff, clean and organized. Really is the place to be for all your pets needs!

I had a neighbor suggest this place as being very friendly and helpful finding the right dog harnesses. That they would fit your dog and everything. It is a beautiful store and displays look great, but no one greeted me , no one offered help to anyone unless you wanted to be rung up. I needed 3 things, the most important being a harness for my Pug. After trying 3 or 4 harness on my Pug, I grabbed the one I thought fit and bought it.. Got home and tried it again in a calm setting and it was to big. So, I go back with my family and no pets and still the same... NO service. I bought another smaller harness because I like that brand, but I doubt i ever go back a 3rd time.

Excellent experience shopping for treats for my dog! The man working had great treat suggestions for my dog and scooped them all for me so I didn’t have to bend down (currently 7months pregnant). My dog loves the treats I brought home and I’ll definitely be going back for more.
