This place is great! The staff are always very nice, knowledgeable and helpful. They didnt have something I was looking for so they ordered it for me. Id much rather spend my money here then the other big box farm stores.

This is a great little farm store that we shop at regularly for our chicken supplies. The feed prices are great and they sell local Maryland grown feed too and stock the non-GMO corn and soy free variety which is our preference. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and fast. We appreciate the fact we can purchase an order online and then pull up to the loading dock to get the order loaded up without even having to get out of our vehicle. This is a big help when you have little ones and getting in and out of the car vehicle is a whole fiasco. We've also bought straw when we reseeded our grass and some other odds and ends for our suburban homestead. Highly recommend! this store!

I love this place. It's a family owned store. The vegetables and flowers are so nice. You can tell when someone puts care and love into the plants. No dead leaves or sickly plants. The store and feed barns are clean and organized well. I drive over here even though it's not convenient. The quality of plants makes it worth the trip.

Staff was very friendly and met my questions with great recommendations/suggestions. They even researched info on the computer for me as I browsed thru the store. A definite 2 thumbs up experience!

When I had horses I used to buy my hay and grain from R&D Cross for years. I returned and couple of days ago to pickup supplies to repair wire fence around my property. They are still friendly and helpful as they've always been. They carry farm items you don't always find at for example Homedepot or Lowes.
