Our pets are not cash cows! Leaving after enduring 6 years of rudeness and abuse from the staff bc of location convenience! What nailed it for me was after having euthanize my dog (did it at Norwalk Hospital which I knew would be way more compassionate and sympathetic) walked in to retrieve both dog’s medical records. The new supervisor added my dog’s death to his records I was appalled at the robotic behavior. Said the records had too many pages so it would be emailed that day which was Jan 5 th. My husband called yesterday to remind and received email for both dogs today. Regardless of their constant less than stellar administration I read in my dying dog’s medical records that I was rude. Dr. Jim and his team were amazing!! They didn’t recommend thousands of tests, he was calm, cool and knowledgeable. Quarry Ridge is the best, there isn’t a doctor, that we have seen that we didn’t like!

First time visiting Quarry Ridge and I was extremely impressed with everyone from the receptionist, technician and doctor. Both Coby, a one year old shihpoo and I were made to feel comfortable. Doctor made positive suggestions on dealing with issues that Coby has. Very happy with the practice.
