Quality Care Animal Hospital

Dr. Parton had a difficult situation with my cat Buddy. He and the staff were professional and very helpful. Listened to my concerns and answered my questions. I'm very happy with Quality Care. They even got me started with my other cat Tiger what to do with her and it is greatly appreciated.

The vet was supposed to be an exotic one. The receptionist even told me he could tell me how old my tortoise is. Nope.. The vet started counting the rings on a Sulcata Tortoise shell. 20 minutes and $60 later, nothing was done to help my tortoise. It was a complete waste of gas and time.

Took a very sick kitten in. The staff was amazing! They squeezed us in and took exceptional care of baby girl. Prices were great! I cannot express again how kind the staff was!

Told my disabled parents that their dog was completely healthy, just a couple days later they wake up and she is dead. That dog was their pride and joy so I don’t recommend bringing your pets here. If they would have done their job right they would have at least been prepared. Great job Quality Care, I hope you sleep better at night knowing that.

The doctor was an absolute jerk ..... I even heard him telling one of the employees that's not how things work and blah blah blah and making fun of one of the clients But he would not stop questioning me why is my dog not fixed why does she not have her heart medicine so forth and so forth Because she absolutely does not need it But he felt the need to tell me what why I'm wrong and it doesn't matter if I'm right or wrong I have my own opinion but just because you're right about something doesn't give you the right to be a jerk I will absolutely not come back it's funny because I was highly recommended to come here by a bunch of people I don't know what they see in this clinic but if you ask me the vet is this unprofessional And not caring what so ever don't bring your pets here
