Quality Care Animal Hospital

They have been one of the only vets I have found in the area that will actually help you with stray/feral cats at a fair rate compared to others. And I have called around. Staff is friendly, vet was great. We appreciate them being willing to help all animals! We've been happy with all of our visits with them for numerous cats.

I absolutely love this place! They’re so kind, genuine, and honest! Don’t get me wrong they’re definitely busy and sometimes wait times are a little long but it’s always well worth the wait! My baby girl had to have her eye removed, and we’ve had some complications but Dr. Thornton has been nothing but amazing in making sure my girl is okay and taken care of. He answers all my questions, even the silly ones. I also want to say how much I appreciate how sweet Tessa is! So glad my doggy is in such great care! They treat your babies like their own!!

The reason for the sick visit was not addressed yet several unnecessary test were conducted. They say I consented yet I never signed anything. Not even my receipt which charged a surcharge without my knowledge. I had trusted this vet with my baby when she was small and the practice was newer. Bill was never over 350-400. Today it was 800 and my poor baby still can’t see very well but they confirmed she had a hairball in her tummy. I explained the overcharges and the office manager got right sassy with me and I showed her where they tested for FLV which she had already been tested on a prior visit. They did not listen to my concerns from the beginning. They are slick and making it where you feel the test are needed. You can not go back with your pet or I would have been able to stop half

My baby boy kitty was seen his first time here a month ago and again today . I love his new vet . She is very caring and compassionate and I would suggest anyone to bring their fur babies here ❤️
