Purrz and Paws Pet Supply

Sunday December 20th I had a really disappointing experience at this pet store. The employee I interacted with (short/small build, brown curly hair) was very unhelpful and came across super rude when I asked simple questions. Instead of offering assistance or basic customer service, they acted annoyed that we were even there, and was very dismissive, which made the whole experience super uncomfortable.. I came in expecting help and left feeling frustrated and sad as this was my first time in the store . Management should really look into this employee’s behavior and consider providing additional customer service training for them. June 2024, changing this to 5 stars (from the previous 1 star). I recently went to the St Helens store and was so surprised at all of the fantabulous dog foods available. My last Bull Terrier has joined the others on the rainbow bridge. We now have a tiny Norfolk mix rescue and I know nothing about small dogs and their nutrition. I'm looking forward to trying the store's great foods that will help her dry skin and tiny appetite. Buying 50 lb bags online is laughable at best! (old review) We had been shopping there for our Bull Terriers since they opened and the young man who worked there was really great and knowledgeable. It's the customer experience I love here! They are very helpful. When it comes to dog treats for a Rottweiler they know what he likes! When it came to a muzzle they didn't have they got it for me and called me when they got it! My rot loves them! Especially their dog treats!

Had all sizes of live crickets just what I needed! Also had lots of feeder mice and mealworms. This is the best place around for alternative pet supplies. A nice young man helped me find what I needed. Awesome shop!
