Purr-fect Pets Georgetown

I took my Shih Tzu for grooming. I ask that he not be cut short, just trimmed. I took all kinds of detangling shampoo, conditioner and spray. They said we have all of that. When I picked him up, he was completely shaved. Said they could not do anything else. He has razor burns on his legs and bottom. He has not been the same dog since. Does not run and play like he did. I called the owner to state my extreme dissatisfaction, she just said I'm sorry. I will never go back there again nor should anyone else!

Not happy. 1 month - ok.. they did ok and nice. And 2 days ago walked by- front desk so nice! Technicians like OMG I HAVE TO MY JOB. And walking back to my home my dogs nose starts bleeding on top (did she he nic his nose and not tell me. ) it was so bad i had to put flower on it . Today review bc i gave them a bath and his nose started bleeding gain (on top of nose) four again I will not be back.

In an attempt to find a groomer, I visited a local establishment due to my regular groomer’s extended vacation. While this was a mistake, I was particularly drawn to one groomer’s exceptional work I believe her name was Jennifer biles. I had two Yorkies in need of grooming, and Jennifer performed an outstanding job. Her expertise and attention to detail were truly impressive, and I believe she should consider starting her own business. However, the other groomer’s performance was disappointing GERMAINE BAKER . She informed me that she could not achieve the desired hairstyle due to matted hair. Despite this setback, I accepted her explanation. However, I should have maintained a higher level of grooming care for my dogs. The groomer’s work on one of my dog was so bad ! Upon picking him up,

We've taken our Yorkie and Morkie to Purr-fect Pets since we arrived in Georgetown in 2020. Our dogs get excited when they know they are in for Spa-Day with Michelle.

My family has gone to purr-fact pets for years now! Cathy’s groomers have worked on our two poodle mix dogs! They always come out amazing!
