Puptown Lounge Upper Arlington

Puptown Lounge in Upper Arlington is Amazing for doggy daycare and boarding! The staff is so caring and always makes my pup Skye feel right at home. She gets so excited for daycare and comes home happy and tired every time. I also love the fact they email me a report card and pictures of her. I always know she’s in good hands. Highly recommend! 🐾

I love sending my sweet Duke to daycare at Puptown! The staff is always incredible and so kind and helpful. My absolute FAVORITE part is the pictures and report cards - seeing Duke have the time of his life with his friends makes my day!

I’m sharing this review to provide honest feedback that may help others—and potentially help Puptown Lounge improve. We’ve been taking our dog here for several months. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and I genuinely believe they care about the animals in their care. That said, there are a few concerns that ultimately led us to find a new place for our dog. First, there’s a lack of transparency. We were never given a tour, and there’s no real visibility into what happens behind the scenes or how the dogs are cared for throughout the day. While occasional photos appear on Instagram, paying extra for individual photos isn’t a substitute for transparency. My furbaby goes here any time we are in the area and she loves it. Everyone knows her name and is as excited to see her as she is them. When she’s groomed she always smells amazing and her fur is so soft. I love her nails being trimmed low. When she’s groomed spends the day it always smells nice when we walk in and she is eager to give kisses to Gabby at the front desk. She is always tired when I pick her up from playing all day with her other dogs. Gabby always takes care of her and makes sure she has a fun day and stays safe.

We feel very fortunate and lucky to send our two dogs to Puptown in Upper Arlington. They have the best time and come home exhausted. The staff is so friendly and courteous and shower our boys with love. We wouldn’t send them anywhere else. Dakota and her team are the best
