Pups (formerly Sydnee's)

I seriously can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve been bringing my two mini Australian Shepherds here for at least two years now, and they are just amazing! My sister and pretty much her whole neighborhood recommended them to me and I haven’t taken my dogs anywhere else since. All of the groomers and bathers are awesome, and Mike is especially the best — my boys LOVE him. They have so much fur and always come out looking perfectly trimmed, ridiculously soft, and smelling so good. More than anything, Pups genuinely takes great care of them. I never worry when they’re there, and that means everything to me. If you’re looking for a groomer who will treat your dogs like their own, this is it! I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love taking my dog Finn here! The staff is always so kind and gentle with the dogs, which makes me feel completely comfortable leaving him in their care. Every time I pick him up he looks amazing! Clean, perfectly groomed, and happy! You can really tell they care about both the pets and the quality of their work. Highly recommend to any pet owner!

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review. I know people have bad days, and I know no business can be perfect, but this review demands to be written. We took our golden doodle, Honey, to Sydney’s (now Pups) since she was a puppy and were always satisfied. Mike was our groomer and always did a good job. Then, one time, Honey didn’t want to go in. I found that odd. I took her in anyway and she definitely DID NOT want to stay. I didn’t think much of it. Then, the next time I took her, same thing, only worse. When I picked her up that day, her haircut was horrible. When I said something to Mike about it, he made excuses instead of owning the poor job. That was the last time I took her there. We went to another groomer, and I mentioned I’d always gone to Sybney’s and mentioned Honeys peculiar

Our pup had lots of hair of different lengths and the groomer here was able to clean her up and have her looking and smelling good! She seemed relaxed and not worried when we picked her up from her appointment.

Love Pups! (Formerly Sydnee’s). My golden doodle gets so excited when get there. Sara is a wonderful groomer. We used her at Petsmart and when she changed companies, we followed her. Everyone that works at Pups love their jobs! My dogs are always so well taken cared of and come home so clean!
