PetSmart

Just bought a crested gecko and needed food and crickets. Couldn't find anyone in the store except one person (Miranda) working in the back so I popped my head in and asked if we could get some help. Talk about attitude. She rudely explained the QR system and made my wife and I feel like total idiots. This is the first time we purchased items from Petsmart and it will be the last.

I want to do a huge shoutout for Grey in Grooming. She made sure that my little boy was comfortable before taking him back. She was so friendly and lovely to meet.

Please update your hours. I happened to be let in because someone rang the bell for grooming. The employee insisted I was incorrect and that I looked at it wrong and Google was right. If you look, it has a separate space for grooming below. Which also states 9. But Petsmart website itself states 9 as opening for the store. As well as Google.

I went to get a few cans of puppy food. Our cashier, Grace, at the Centerville store #2217 was such a breath of fresh air! I was asked how my day was going, and through our conversation she offered some boxes! I had mentioned W-mart didn't have any small boxes and I was moving. She told me Home Depot should have some. This experience was so awesome! A cashier with a sweet spirit, kindness, calm and didn't make me feel rushed at all. Thank you Grace!! I wish you all the success in life! Stacey and Lexi!

I like this hotel, my room was nice and spacious with a couch, microwave, fridge, safe, coffeemaker, hair dryer and iron. My bed was nice but I didn't care for the pillows. The toilet was annoying because it leaked and every two minutes it had to refill. Overall I like this hotel, it has a nice pool, hot tub and free shuttle service and a wonderful breakfast. I will stay here again and hope the get better pillows and check their toilets.
