Lori and the trainers at Puppy-Wuppy are exceptional. My dog is a rescue with fear-related challenges, and Puppy-Wuppy has been instrumental in helping him build confidence. Having never worked with a fearful dog before, I’ve learned invaluable skills through the training that have helped me better understand and communicate with him. First time dog owner of lab/beagle mix. Completed the basic obedience course. Puppy Wuppy was essential to my growth as a dog owner. When I showed up to the class my dog wouldn’t walk through doors or up and down steps, just scared of everything. By the end of the training she was doing all the basics on command, even without treats. For sure takes practice at home but really set you up to be successful. When we brought Ollie to our first class I was almost in tears. He was overstimulated, scared, couldn't walk on a leash, and we had no control over any of his behaviors. We are almost done with our second round of obedience classes and he is literally a different dog. I can get his attention, he walks well on a leash and his behavior at home has improved! We’ve been going to Puppy-Wuppy for about a year now, and we couldn’t be happier. We adopted our dog, Winnie, from a rescue when she was ten months old. She had very little training, was afraid of other dogs, and hated walking on a leash. As a first-time dog owner, I truly didn’t know where to begin.
