Puppy Palace Pet Grooming

Very pleased with this visit. Communication is key, they listen. I wasn’t clear with what I wanted the last time but made sure I described and showed pics of what I wished for my dog (Reesie) to look like this time. I will continue to get her groomed here. The best!!! Honestly these groomers are fantastic and the prices are even better. Super affordable without skipping on quality. we have a doodle & her fur gets very unmanageable even though we brush her a few times a week. They are always able to get out any mats and clean her up beautifully each time. I would highly recommend it!

Our Coco is 3 years old. She has been going to Puppy Palace since she was 6 months old. The new folks are very nice and Coco came home looking like she went to a Spa! The only reason that I didn’t give 5 stars was because they put these very cute pink bows around her ears and they were so tight that we had to cut them off. Please leave the bows a little loose next time.

When in to make an appointment for the following week and when she realized I had Jayden with me, she said bring him in and we will take care of him now. He doesn't like been groomed but they had a lot of patience with him and did a great job.

Booked online Friday night for a Saturday appointment—super easy. But when I showed up with my cat, they looked surprised… like they weren’t expecting an actual cat. Turns out they prefer cats on less dog-heavy days. Fair. My cat left looking like she got into a fight with a weed whacker—uneven fur, missing whiskers, mild attitude. BUT—they were super nice, fixed it quickly, and now she’s strutting around with a cute summer cut. I’ll be back.
