I took my two Whoodles (lots of hair) to Puppy Love today and I rushed home to write a review. Nicole did an amazing job with these two! She was quick to respond, talked me thru the "cuts" she was going to give each dog, she only had my dogs in the studio at time of grooming... and i was able to sit and watch. My dogs look so adorable - NO POODLE cuts!!! Best grooming experience I have had in my 3 years of having dogs.

Nicole is the first groomer I’ve trusted with my dog since our previous groomer moved years ago. Tuck has a leg injury, arthritis, weak hind legs, itchy skin and an ornery personality when he’s uncomfortable. I can’t groom him myself anymore so I was desperate, yet so nervous about how he would be treated given his challenges. Without knowing this, Nicole encouraged me to stay during the session to help Tuck feel more comfortable, little knowing how important this was for me, too. From the first moment to the last, Nicole was loving and patient working with all his issues. She also offered to research some treatment options and followed through as promised. 11/10 stars! We took our 5 month old goldendoodle puppy here for a trim just to get used to it before a full groom. Our pup fell in LOVE with Nicole. She went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and as first time puppy owners, this was something that we were originally very anxious to do! Our puppy didn't even want to leave by the end! Highly highly recommend Puppy Love for any grooming needs!!

I have owned dogs for my entire life so needless to say I have been to many groomers all over the state. Puppy Love Spa is by far the BEST experience I've ever had. One on one dog grooming, flexible hours, beautiful fluffy coat afterwards and an adorable photo!
