Professional, compassionate and take time to understand your pet's needs & thoroughly explains treatment options. They are very capable to handle your large breed dog. The facility is new and has all the latest equipment. Exam rooms are comfortable and large enough for my large dog have space to explore. All my visits I have had positive experiences for both my dog and myself. The team is genuinely interested and invested in the wellbeing of my dog. Give them a try! You won't regret it!

Everyone was kind, patient, and genuinely caring, and it shows in every interaction. I came in during one of the darkest moments of the new year, terrified for my cat Amethyst. Update: The clinic posted on my review that the manager “tried to call” me. I have no missed calls or voicemails from them, and they confirmed on our call that they had my correct number. When I returned the call, the manager, Lucas, acknowledged the visit was not handled well but was dismissive and at times rude. He stated the follow-up should have been billed as a recheck, yet still refused to refund the first visit despite no exam being performed. This confirmed my decision not to return. In response to the lie from Pieper that Juliet was agitated, she wasn't. She did not hiss, she did not bite, she did not scratch nor has she ever at any appointment. This was a lack of experience.
