Puppy Love Grooming Salon

When I called to make my appointment the daughter was rude and unfriendly. But I had seen 2 dogs done by them that were very nice and thought, 'well, we all have bad days'. I did see that their rating is only a 4.1, still...I took my baby there. I took my well loved, mixed breed in. Just trying to talk to the daughter and mom was horrible. I finally looked at them and said, 'It seems that everything I'm saying about what I want makes both of you mad and I'm not trying to'. And Georgia told me, 'Well, people usually only bring us pure bred dogs'. I paid the same price as a pure bred dog. And they did a really good job on my Zoey. But I will not take my baby there again. The rudness was uncalled for. I'm a nice, friendly person and did nothing to create such rudness from either one of them

I love Puppy Love and Panda loves going there too. Ms Georgia has always done a great job on Panda. I totally understand about them not wanting an owner to stay .It makes it harder for them because the dog would be constantly trying to go to the owner. Doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure that out! I can tell Panda likes it too cus she runs to the door. THEY ARE GREAT!

I take my dogs, Hoss and Sassy every 8-10 weeks. Hoss gets a full groom. They always look and smell nice after.

I used to take my dog's all three of them there to puppy love .Georgia did a good job.. I called today her daughter answered and was very rude and said they're not taking No More Dogs. which okay I understand she was very RUDE ⚠️ but before I could ask her if they have a list she hung up on me. So leaving my dog with her daughter would you give me second thoughts is she disrespects.. me I can imagine what she would do to my dog 🐶 now Georgia has always been awesome.. but her daughter is rude + disrespectable of course I understand if they're not taking any more dogs but I was wanting to ask her if they had a cancellation list and she just hung up on me that's not good business.. I wouldn't want her daughter ever touching or grooming my dog..Beware.. 🚫 I believe she was a problem there

My poodle, Doodlebop has been going to Puppy Love since she was just a tiny little pup. Ms Georgia keeps her looking good.
