They do an amazing job every time ! Maya my miniature schnauzer couldn’t wait to get inside every time we went; and now her big brother Panda also goes there, he’s a mix of grand pyrenees and lab , very nervous of getting groomed, but Lyndsay and her team do a great job at putting him at ease.

We took our four dogs to this groomer for full groom in Tullahoma in the summer 2023 after not being able to get in at Absolute Pawfection, and unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. They had a puppy coral setup where several dogs were allowed to roam freely, which itself is fine, but when we picked them up they let two of our small dogs loose and forced them to go through all of the big dogs to get to the front to us. My dogs appeared uncomfortable and distressed in that environment. Additionally, upon inspecting their nails at home, I noticed that some nails were skipped and not cut at all, which was disappointing considering that the grooming visit wasn't inexpensive. My dog was not groomed properly at all. Hair cut was poorly done and her nails were just as sharp leaving as when arrived. Definitely not worth 50 dollars

I just love this place they always take there time grooming my mini Aussie everytime. Her coat has never looked better.
